    We booked the Magnolia Cottage Labor Day weekend when we arrived the grass had not been mowed, the trash cans were overflowing, the pool was dirty and had no chlorine in it, the house smelled of mold and mildew, the French doors were broken and could not be secured, there was broken old furniture laying around, and the amenities on the website stated a full fridge and a wine fridge it only has a small mini wine fridge. You cant even put full size coke in it. We called the office multiple times the manger was rude and when we suggested another house she suggested I couldnt afford any of her other houses. We stayed one night because we had no where else to go, and after we discussed a fair refund the only gave us a portion of what we discussed. With the condition of the property and the fact they could not accommodate us anywhere else we deserve a full refund for all the trouble we had to go through. I will be putting this all over social media and well as I have reached out to the property owner about the condition of their property.

    Arrived to check code did not work waited 30 minutes to get door unlocked . Had dead roaches on floor of Fishermans Luv . Dirty tissues were under the sofas. Goldfish scattered on the floors. Blood stain on laminate flooring . Called 5 times a day for the first 3 days for housekeeping to come out. No response . Local office was horrible. I asked for my cleaning fee as on the 3 rd day of a 4 day stay they finally came to clean up. My daughter is allergic to cats and had a reaction because of all the cat and dog hair in carpets and sofas. They only want your money and when you get to your rental you are completely ignored . I have photos to back up theses problems we had . Still have not received any refund for the ****** cleaning fee. I have rented from this company 4 times previously but will never do it again . Ruined the whole trip for me and my family, This was the worst experience I have ever had .
