              I signed up originally for the Platinum package, which included their varied Assurance programs. Per their communications they were ordered by a court to stop providing said services. Within a year they dissolved the assurance coverages and at the same time changed their pricing model, leading to an increase in the rent cost of 20%. When I complained they told me they can make any changes they want to our agreement. This is juvenile business operations. The total swing in my cost of using RentWerx has increased more than 50% after you price in the additional insurance I now have to secure. Increasing any customer costs while reducing the services offered shows a lack of interest in Landlord's interests, and I bet the same of lack of caring is shown to the tenant as well. I will changing property management at the earliest convenience, but since I do not have contact with the tenant, I do worry their interests will be protected through the process. My issue is not with them.

              Horrible start to my lease. I am very disappointed with the verbiage as is. Your company Rentwerks represented this home with pictures which represents amenities that make it a better choice than others. I have done everything your company has asked and do not feel that the home was taken care of and when the n need of help from a home I had not slept in i get legal verbiage as reasons for no assistance. First issue - The water heater was not wired correctly. It was set up as a 120 and the wires were not connected to provide power. The ground was connected incorrectly. Second issue - The dryer does not work. I was informed this is not covered however it was represented in your listing. I just moved from *******. Drive 15 hours. Got to the house at 11 pm. Not sure why I am responsible. Please let me know who I can talk with. At 10:13 am today I left work to go take a video to prove the dryer did not work. I did not get a response back. So disappointed with the property and feel belittled by being told to read the lease agreement. Legally I understand. Your company also provides poor homes which are not in great working conditions. This is not the right way to run rental properties. ***. Sent from my iPhone
