We'd like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns you raised. Upon reviewing our records, we found that we did indeed waive certain fees and provided a detailed breakdown of all amounts owed multiple times. The situation with the tenant filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy was unique, and we dedicated significant time and resources to address it promptly. Our team worked diligently for several weeks to navigate the situation, liaise with lawyers, and ensure proper paperwork was filed.
Upon the tenant vacating the property, we acted upon your request to prepare the property for potential rent or sale. Despite outstanding management fees, we continued to assist. When you later decided to have a friend sell the property, we provided detailed invoices and numbers for the work we undertook on the property.
We genuinely aim to assist our clients in the best way possible. It's important to note that we have made every effort to be accommodating, including waiving some fees, which unfortunately means we are now operating at a loss in this situation.
