Complaint: The Bug Master has sent a bill for a service never performed. I called and asked for service slip. Once arrived, it clearly showed my signature was forged. The signature was the same as the the signature of the technician signature. The service was for interior and exterior bug spray. So I or my wife would have to have signed it.I contacted the company and they agreed to not pursue this matter further. However later I received notice from a collection agency requesting the money for a forged service.
Desired Settlement: I simply like to close this matter with this company. I have a pristine credit record and if this matter is pursued further I will have to pursue legal matters.I also like to find with BBB in case this company has record of such practices.
