            we hired **** to do three projects back in the Jan-Feb timeframe. They didnt even finish the first one and we had major issues, but agreed to let them finish with a new crew. after talking with them when they had almost finished the first project, we let them start on the second one, and we had more issues, which required me to hire a licensed plumber to fix what they had done. we again aggreed to let them do the last larger project, and they said they wanted to wait until sept 1st to give their workers time to finish up other work so they could concentrate on our big job. we never heard from them until about 2 weeks ago, when they called and asked if they could drop by the next day for a walk thru. then they called me last sunday night to say they would start on Monday clearing the back yard. they did and damaged my fountain, we told them to stop and asked for our dep of 27k back. they refused.

            Shaw was an amazing company to work with on our remodeling. From start to finish, they were prompt and professional. Quality work and high standards! We had a full bathroom remodel from top to bottom. Our bathroom looks so incredibly different and amazingly beautiful - our vision for what we wanted came to fruition. They had effective communication from both the business end as well as the contracting end. Any last touch ups we requested, they were happy to complete. For any of our future projects, Shaw will be the first place we turn to!
