            I originally booked a move from ***** to ******* with Eagle Moving ********** Only to later find out that Eagle Moving ********* is the brokering company. They brokered my move to Jackson Movers. I was originally quoted a price of $2267.19 for 86 items. Once the movers came the day of the move I was then told it would be $3638.63. I was told that the move included breaking my things down and packing it up. For the most part everything was packed except a few items because the movers said everything had to be in boxes. They loaded exactly 96 items on the truck so Im not understanding what the additional money was for. I was told by Eagle Moving that I would have my things in 2 days. I get a call on Sunday from Jackson Movers driver who tells me that my items are now on a 18 ******* truck instead of the 26 ft box truck that was used at pick up and that if they have to transfer it to another truck that I will be charged for it. Im reaching out for help because now my items are being held by the driver.

            ZERO STARS My husband had a work injury in 2022. He is now a Quadrupelegic. We were finally able to buy good stuff from his settlement money. Our stuff was basically brand new! We are extremely disappointed with this moving company. They were very rude. It was blatantly obvious by looking at our items that they did NOT take care of them at all. Most of our boxes were completely smashed. Our washer and dryer where smashed/broken. We had to wait over a month to receive our items because they couldn't find a driver. We informed them multiple times that we had very important medical equipment that we desperately needed for his survival. They did not care at all, or try to get us our items any quicker. It was probably one of the top 5 most horrible experiences we've had. And that's really saying something since my husband no longer has a working body. We never even hired Jackson Movers. We hired 3 brothers moving but found out much later It was only a broker company.
