              Id give zero stars if possible! Worst experience ever-multiple customer service calls-always passing the buck and making excuses. Received a damaged item, thats was to be a gift. Ordered Dec 6th-received Jan 9th damaged!!! (Took over a month) Called to get it replaced, (they wanted multiple pics, submitted them then they still wanted more, damage was clear in the first 3 pics!!!) waited again 2-3 weeks. Had to call back to find out where my replacement was, only to find out the rep ***** place the replacement order!!! Had to fight for a refund due to their error twice!!! Placed on long holds, due to CS always looking into the issue. Never a manager available. Told no refund due to customer order. After multiple back n forth and demanding refund due to their s**** up twice. Will NEVER order from yeti again!
