            In January 2022 I purchased a sink with the company that had a lifetime warranty. The sink did not come with a grid. Having had the sink and seen how easily it scratches, I requested they send me the the grid and they refused. They said I needed to buy the grid separate because I waited too long. However, they didnt share where this policy is located and also neglected that the sinkand thus all products that come with ithas a lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranties dont have a window. I want them to send me the grid. Thanks.

            They have the worst customer service and they lie! Do not buy a sink from this company, unless you are 100 percent sure you will never need to contact them about anything. They will not get back to you with any consistent information. Five different people told me different things. I want to return my sink, which hasn't been opened yet, but they will not accept it. Although no one can tell me why. I called the retailer where I bought it, and they said Ruvati told them it's been over 30 days so I cannot return it. But it has not been over 30 days since I received the sink! I will never do business with them again. The are not BBB accredited. I wish the BBB would investigate them.
