They sent me a check after they sent me a letter claiming they can't cover me. It was for ***** the money they took out of my pay check. I deposited the check on September 29 2023 and on the 5th of October they asked my bank to send back the money because they didn't have the funds to cover the check. My bank sent it back plus charged me ***** dollars to send it back to them. I'm not happy with this at all. I think this business needs to be shut down they are scammers.Review from Linda C

They are Crooks Lying and taking Our Money in specific my Cash Value In Money is All Gone and they said that I did 4 Withdrawals which I didnt Do. They showed me a Link that does Not Show they sent Money by **** to My Account.They Need to be Investigated for Fraudulent Practices !!!Review from Rudine P

This company has not been trustworthy. I stopped payments to annuity one month after starting. 3years later they are still sending me a bill for an annuity I counseled. There are so many red flags with this company.Review from Sherice T.

This is beyond the worst LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OPEN Today!!! My dad passed away this past August, these crooked people didnt pay me for almost 3 ************* shorted my payout by $2500! With a Lie for an explanation! They are very low down & dirty with zero Compassion! I was so depressed about my dads unfortunate death I called them weekly to find out what my status was I got lied to every single week! They take your money monthly but if a death occurs they DONT WANT TO PAY! I advise ANYBODY looking for a LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A INTEREST! They dont have your best interest in mind! Trust me, this company is a Joke! I wish I had read the reviews before my agent signed my dad up for this bogus company! They screen you for all medical conditions, accept you, then DONT WANT TO PAY YOU!!! Im glad I had the funds to have my dad a proper funeral because if I had waited on Occidental Life Ins Company to pay for it, Id still be waiting! On top of that they didnt give me the the FULL AMOUNT! Its disgusting how they treat their clients! Beware of this HORRIBLE company! Theyre Thieves! with no heart or compassion! They deserve -0 RATING in STARS! Im still considering getting an attorney for the remainder of my balance due! The worst life insurance company in business today!Review from Shawn M.

I thought I was investing in an ira account through an insurance company.I deposited 106.00 dollars every two weeks for one year never getting a statement in the mail .when I called up to see what my balance was I had 136.00 in it cancelled it that day. Shawn m Massachusetts
