On August 16, 2021, the Weathershield ************** installed gutters on 2 areas of our house, the front and back of our flat roof garage and the opposite end of the house patio/front porch area. The Flat Roof garage needed silicone caulking, (which I provided) between the face board and the gutter because of the gap created by the trim for the *** roofing. The Patio/Front Porch area was normal, meaning no special caulking.The reason for my complaint is because the "Patio/Front Porch area" gutters leak between the gutter and the face board. I have made several attempts to get the Weathershield company to come back and correct the leak. When I paid the **** in person I told the lady who processed my payment about the Leak and she made note of it and said someone would be out to my house. No one came to my house so, I called and spoke with Mr. ************************ the person who sold me the product, about said leak. He wanted to argue, saying that it was because of the gap on the ***. I informed him that it was "Not" the area of the Flat Roof where the Leak was happening. Again, no one came out to my house. Then I called the Weathershield Company and left a voice message about the Leak...No one responded. In the meantime, I even sent a video to Mr. *********************** showing the leak during a heavy rain.As a resolution, I would like to for the company to come back out to my house and do whatever is necessary to stop the gutters from leaking between the face board and the gutter in the "Patio/Front Porch Area".
