I **********************************, am filing a complaint against **** (don't know his last name) from Alexander's ABC Foundation and Contruction, **** ****************, ***********, ***** 78217-3229, for not completing the Jobs that I have already paid for. Their Telepone # ************. I keep calling him and he says he is either sick with Pneumonia or that the weather is bad Raining of whatever the weather is or that *************************** are sick with Covid 19, but this has been going on for over a year now. Also, **** would call me that *************************** are coming on a Saturday, and he would send someone to Power Wash my House instead, and he sent them 3 times already to Power Wash instead of ***************************. On February 5, 2022, I paid $2000.00 to have My entire home painted I would pick the color, and as of now My house has not been Painted this is over a year now. On November 30, 2022, I paid another $1000.00 to repair the front corner and back corner of my Home bad wood and to repair Roof by Vent Pipe on the back of My House. I also paid him another $1000.00 to replace the Wood along the Roof that is very Rotted on the front of My House, but unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the Proposal or Contract for this job. I can't seem to understand what happened to this copy; I can't remember if they gave me a copy or not, they were very good about giving Me the copies when I would pay them. I have all the other 2 copies from the other 2 jobs that were proposed. As of this date July 14, 2023, none of these Jobs or Repairs have been done. I am just wishing or hoping this can be done, or at least Refund Me all the Monies I have paid this man **** (don't know his last name). This is what I am seeking help with from your agency Better Business Bureau. Can someone from this agency help me with this Complaint please. I will send the 2 Proposals via uploading them to your agency Better Business Bureau. I also have their Contractors license # *******, this is what is on their Proposals on the top.
