I purchased a new build home in the ****** *************** by ***************. Upon moving in I noticed many discrepancies with the craftsmanship of the tiles and backsplash that was installed. I notified *************** of the issues and **** came to inspect. My backsplash was bowing due to improper frame install. CRT flooring was to come and inspect the ground tiles in the kitchen that were cracked as well as in my living room and failed to do so. ***** from CRT flooring came 2 months later after several attempts acknowledging the backsplash as well as the tiles and grout that were improperly installed. Several months later and after numerous calls to the ***************, the tech showed up without proper notice he was coming. I rescheduled only to be rescheduled again and again. ***** was to come after reporting again of hollow and lifted tiles and did not show. The tech removed the backsplash damaging the exterior of my cabinets and granite countertop. ***** arrived a month later to inspect the tiles and acknowledged the poor craftsmanship and witnessed the improper installation of my tiles. I expressed that there was 87 that I counted and he is now refusing to replace. I advised ***** that my whole kitchen and living room needed to be redone and the bathroom commode areas where there is water I leaking because it is lifting my toilet. I have had the plumber out twice to reset my toilet. **** from *************** advised me ***** was not going to fix the issues accordingly and was trying to only replace a portion causing more damage to my home. I have a son that is medical dependent on a Trach and Ventilator and was advised that they would have to Combe my family out for the duration of the costly repairs. On 7/17 while my son was walking in the home, he tripped on the tile in the living room that is sticking out enough for him to trip on witnessed by his home health RN and myself hitting his forehead. My son has Cranial Saggitosis and will now be requiring additional bone scans
