**** D In March of 2021 I paid Solorator Electric $6677.00 which is half the cost of the generator and installation. Was told it would be at least six months. Ok I understand after the freeze in February many people ordered this product. Like the other complaints could never get hold of them on the phone. Voice mail full or if youd did get to leave a message, almost never got a call back. When I was told it would be longer than six months possibly a year, I said ok I still understand the problem. Still when I would call I always felt like I was getting a runaround.I have all the same complaints the others wrote in their complaints.Over two month ago I was told he had the generator but was behind in installations and it would be in a couple of weeks. Not happy but ok Ill give him the benefit of the doubt. Next time I called I was told I was next on the list. Great, but still nothing happened. Finally he called and said the generator was in and said he wanted to bring it to the house. We were in ********** and said he would need to wait till we get back. Ok no problem. Finally we had an **** appointment 2 June 2022 for him to bring the generator. So we got up early and no one showed up. Called at ****, he said they were on the way. At noon I called because no one showed up.Finally had enough and called told him to cancel my order and give me my money back. He was upset that I would do that when they were on the way here. Told him I didnt think he was completely truthful in all the communications we have had, so just refund and be done with it. He tried to give me many excuses and said he would need to find a buyer for the generator before he could refund. Dont believe that either. I have a feeling Ill be waiting forever to see my money.
