              On 10/13/23, an unauthorized charge for $459 was made on my account to Send App. I filed multiple disputes with A+FCU and they all continue to get denied.When my dispute first get denied, they claimed I authorized the charge and suggested I reach out to the merchant to dispute this transaction directly with them. I requested they provide me with contact details for this specific merchant but they were unable to provide me those details claiming they had limited information. On 11/3/2023, after my second appeal, I was returned my funds. However, the $459 were withdrawn on 1/3/2024 for WRONG POSTING - DISPUTE DENIED/Withdrawal Journal Voucher.When I called to dispute this withdrawal, I was told my dispute was denied because the **** has a rigorous approval process. In order for this transaction to have been approved, **** had to have called my phone number to have it approved. I never once received a phone call. When I asked what phone number had been called and what IP address was used when making this charge, A+ Federal Credit Union was unable to provide any information. Again, instead they suggested I contact the merchant to dispute the charge; and again, no one could tell me who the merchant was nor how to contact them.When I looked up Send App, the following to results generated:1. ************************; and 2. ******************************** knowing if they would respond or provide any useful information, I contacted both merchants in attempt to dispute the $459 charge made in October of 2023. Both merchants confirm, what I have been arguing to A+FCU, that I am a victim of Fraud.I have provided copies of the emails and screenshots of the conversations I have had with these merchants. I have also provided phone records to prove that I did not approve this charge and it continues to get denied.I did not authorize this charge. I received no product, service, or benefit from this transaction.

              A+ is currently unfortunately my mortgage company for my home. Since the beginning I have had nothing but issues with them monthly. Every month I send an extra payment towards my principal through their online portal and just about every month I have to contact them bc they either A - did not move to appropriate account or B - they lost the money. When my money was lost they advised me to call my bank and file a dispute but fortunately ************ at my account and seen where they had the money in my savings account that I do not use and then moved it out. Stating they never received it. After calling and complaining, the next day the manager called and stated they found my money in another account. Also, they do not have my escrow account correct. I have informed them of being 100% homestead exempt for the past 2 years and also sent them the documents for it twice and neither time did they add it to my account. Only reason I noticed that was because they sent a check to my parish tax clerk when it should have been sent to me as an overage since they refuse to correct my estimated escrow in the first place. Then, after they received the check back from the tax clerk they sent me a check which was less than the amount they sent to them. If you bank with them you have to make sure to follow everything they do because I have repeatedly had to contact them to fix their mistake. I hate to know that there is people out there who probably dont pay attention to their finances and are getting screwed by this company. If interest rates werent so bad right now I would definitely re-finance.
