            New construction home with a water leak from roof x 3 times. We closed June 29, 2021 and have yet to mone in to our home Obvious black mold behind walls, damaged hardwood floors from water, water damage to vanity, bookcase, drawers in closet Mold inspection completed by home owner because Live Oak did not want one called in Live Oak sprayed bleach on walls to remove mold does not want to replace sheetrock on repair with bleach Sampling produced extremely high levels of Aspergillus/Penicillin greater than ****** in the air samples taken in the bathroom closet and greater than ***** in the hallway. Alternaria in heavy amounts were also found in several of the sampled areas and in the air samples. Other mold types also found. Remediation has been deemed necessary and air results are unacceptable according to the licensed inspector, ******************* at ********************* Want proper remediation,, flooring replaced, and roof repaired correctly to meet TWIA standards.

            Bad contractors not building per code, so many issues, my home is nice - but falling apart. no customer service. this is the worst!!! They should be taken down, they don't care other than getting paid. I heard that the engineer is family owned so nothing is looked at for windstorm in hurricanes area. the WORST. Give 0 stars if I could.
