Please read this if you are considering using this company to do any work for you.In 2018 we obtained a judgement against Elite Custom Tile and Remodeling. ************************* and *********************** are the owners. We gave them $5,000.00 as down payment to remodel our house. During the three day grace ****** we found out that their bond paper was false, and that they had no insurance. They had several addresses, none of them current.Here it is, 4 1/2 years later. They now owe us over $7,000.00. I wrote a negative review in 2018 and this businesses' rating was lowered to a C+. My original review was removed and raised back to an A+ because the Better Business Bureau says they have a three year limit for complaints. Well, the law has no time limit; the lawyer said so when we asked. Why is the Better Business Bureau allowing criminals to operate on their site, and with an A+ rating?You should also know that if they defraud YOU the police will say that it is a civil case, and they will do NOTHING. We want you to know all this, because somebody has to act to protect the consumer even if the police, and the Better Business Bureau won't.
