I have used Catalano Enterprises several times over the last dozen years for: water repair damage on the ceiling from a leaking pipe, scraping of the popcorn ceiling and repainting, and the removal of fluorescent lights and adding recessed lighting in the kitchen. Catalano was initially referred to me by USAA for a water leak that I had in the kitchen ceiling. I was so impressed with *****'s work, that I kept going back to him for future repair jobs. The most recent job was replacing the rotted trim around the garage door and the painting of the garage door and trim. Seeing how my driveway sloped downwards towards the garage door, ***** thought it would be best to replace the wood trim with a vinyl trim. The seal around the garage door is so much better now that it's warm in the garage on these cold December nights. I recommend Catalano Enterprises for any home repair jobs that you might need.Review from JB

Catalano was assigned to us via our ***************** for a loss/damages in 05/2021. Here we are in mid 11/21 and nothing has been repaired. So far all that has been done is to tear out the shower in bathroom that needed repairs/work and left in that state for two weeks at this point.After several attempts to threaten to drop them as the contractor and being reassured each time things will get done they string us along week after week with possible dates for repairs and zero confirmation of dates, times and what work will be accomplished.

Beware. I ordered shingles from the manager ***** to do my roofing repairs on June 21, 2021 and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I had to keep following up with the manager ***** and he is very slow and almost unresponsive to calls or texts. He will keep telling you excuses that his phone is out of range, he is with another customer, or he is sick. Next- The manager ***** tells us (upon my consistent follow up for status) in late September that the shingles are in at the warehouse. But- upon follow up after follow up-by October 21st they still cant find the shingles. Horrible lack of service and poor management.Catalano Enterprises Response

This just was made uniquely difficult due to the shingles that were selected being special order. These shingles had to be manufactured from factory and it delayed the delivery significantly. We were happy to refund your down payment and we absorbed the 25% restocking fee on the materials. We are sorry you did not have a good experience with our company.
