              i am writing regarding dell inc. I had made a purchase in the amount of $1,368.44 through a dell representative on 1/29/2024. I received this order on 2/1/2024 at my residence. I was not very happy with the performance of the battery of the product therefore i reached back out to dell on 2/8/2024. Dell sent me a ***** label and provided me a Return Authorization Number: 749220744.I went to my nearest ***** location 2/13/2024with the box that had the return equipment in it and sent it back to dell. The box with the ***** tracking number *************** was delivered to dell on 2/15/2024 and per their records it was accepted by F.SCEGIRES from the dell facility on that date. The package was return well with in the 30 day return policy of dell.Since then i have not received the refund of the $1,368.44. I am very frustrated that i cannot talk to a live representative from dell regarding my dell return. I opened up a case with dell from dell account inquiring about the status of my return and received a response on 2/21/2024 that they acknowledging that they will refund the amount within ***** days. Here is some of specific dell information :Dell Purchase ID (DPID) Number: ************* Service Tag Number:DJKLKY3 Customer **************** ********************** order number: ********* Along with this i am providing following documentation for this issue:1) Dell invoice 2) ***** confirmation package delivery: Shows date, time and person receiving the package 3) ***** second proof of delivery : This is additional proof of delivery 4)Dell ***** return label: The ***** label sent be dell that was used to drop of the return equipment to a ***** facility on 2/13/2024 5) email from dell stating refund will be issued: This is email from dell regarding Case # ********* i opened on dell's site.The email clearly states they will be processing the refund. I have not receive the refund till today.This is really unresponsive on dell's behalf.

              Never again. I have been a loyal Dell customer ever since I can remember (at least 20 yrs). I bought an Alienware M18 laptop Aug 2023. I paid *******, which is probably the most expensive computer I've ever bought and I thought I was buying something that would last a while by reputable company. I came here and see their reputation was the opposite of what I originally thought. Since I've owned this computer, the motherboard crashed within 30 days. They sent someone to my home to repair it and the next day it wouldn't even turn on. Dell replaced it. A couple of months later, the motherboard crashed again. Dell sent someone back to my home, who refused to do the work and made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. Each person who came to my home, TRASHED Dell verbally. I had to ship it back again. I have had 4 separate service request (one which is still open) and over 50 emails going back and forth. I'm supposed to have 24/7 customer service. Instead I get emails saying that they've tried to reach out to me, yet my phone never rings. When I write back screaming is all caps that NO ONE has called me, I get another email asking me for my phone# and time zone, only to NOT get a phone call. I'm supposed to be sending it back a third time, but no one is really trying to help me. I am seething angry all the time and stressed out every time I turn on afraid something else is going to break. All the stress is NOT worth the money I spent. Dell Inc are a bunch of thieves who do not care about their customers. I will never buy from them again.
