I give this company zero stars.I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend anyone that has done business with them to have an inspector look at twice at their work for errors. Their quality of work is sub-par at best.Their timeliness is lacking. They have repeatedly missed appointments made with no correspondence or notice that they would not show.They arrive day's late and with little to no notice or notification.They have repeatedly returned to correct issues that still are not corrected. I hired bird Creek Roofing to replace my roof last October. Now after 6 months of working with them and spending tens of thousands $$ I still have a leaking roof.I choose to go with a new meatal roof and heavy duty decking so that I would never have to worry about my roof for years to come.They were contracted to replace 100% of my worn decking with all new 7/8" material. They replaced less than 60% of the decking with new *****" material. Leaving more than 50% of the 26-year-old original decking. Many of the original sheets having old repairs to address previous leaks. I have taken off work multiple times to allow access to my attic/house to address the issues and have them corrected. I still have a leaky roof that looks like s*** They trashed my yard with an air compressor that leaked motor oil. There was plenty of tarp that was protecting the roof that could have been used to protect my lawn from this toxic hazard. Most of the days they worked in heavy downpours creating a mud **** around my house that now needs to be re-sodded.
