In approximately September of ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ more than $65k. I had done business with my client for many years and wasn't sure I wanted to take out relationship to that level. I spoke with *************************** at Kramer Fox and he told me he would gather information about my client and that he can view their bank account without her knowing so he can see if they had money coming in. I said ok as long as the client doesn't know and he doesn't contact her. Next thing you know less than a month later he said she will be sending a payment. We had no agreement and I was quite surprised when he did that. At that point there was no salvaging my relationship with the client. I would never do business with them again. I was happy to get a check but upset that I was not contacted about this. I had asked a couple times over the next couple months if we needed a contract or agreement drawn up and I never got a response.About 6-7 months later ***** told me the client was not making payments and wanted to litigate in which he would get a higher percentage. I told him I did not want to litigate.Come to find out from the client that they were making payments the whole time and on a regular basis. I was not receiving checks from Kramer Fox on a regular basis. In January of 2022 my client reached out to see if I had been paid in full for their debt and I told them I had not. My client then sent me a report she got from Kramer Fox showing they have paid in full back in December 2021. As of today Kramer Fox owes me $30,000 that they collected from my client and I have requested that from them but still have not received. They have been very deceptive and as far as I'm concerned they have stolen from me since they continuously lied about collecting my money.
