Complaint: Through my insurance company Atlas Floor provided service for which they were fully compensated. One year later, they have new charges for which they expect payment within 30 days without having provided previous notice which they are claiming. As a result they are threating to report account as delinquent. Company is making false accusations against us and using it to try and collect more money.
Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and clear out bill from collection's agency
Better Business Bureau:
I spoke to the owner of Atlas Floor (******* ********) on Monday January 26 about the extra charges of $419 for the work they perform on February 4th of 2014. She was willing to credit the amount of my account and clear out the account from the collection agency as well. I called the collections agency today and they have removed the amount from my account.
