Hello, I have been a loyal customer for many years. I took my jeep in weeks ago and received a quote and invoice that was almost $500. I had to leave the state at that time so I said I will bring back my vehicle upon my return. When I took it in today, I received a call from a male that quoted me a price of around $****. When I asked him about the last invoice, he had no knowledge of it and then said he found it and asked me to hold. When he came back to the phone, he stated that the mechanic that quoted me the last time no longer works for Casias and was making a lot of mistakes. I should not be at fault for a mistake of a worker or prior worker from a company. I asked him to speak to the manager and he asked me why. I said they were taking advantage of me and why could they not honor the prior price given being that it was not my mistake it was the company's mistake. I wanted to make sure I understood correctly, for the same work being done was over $500 from the original quote. I am a female with little knowledge of vehicles but I am a well educated person to know when I am being ripped off. I told them not to touch the jeep and I will pick up. When I arrived, I asked for the Operational Manager's name and they said it was *********************************, which on the work order says advisor. The name of the owner/ or operational manager did not want to be given to me unless ******* is the correct person. I would of gladly paid the **** if it was near what I was originally quoted, that price should of been honored. Then on the new work order the bottom says 952, so it is clear that there is no consistency with what is being charged on the invoice. Casias is a well known establishment and should not need to inflate their prices. However, I will be reporting this to the BBB as nobody should be taken advantage of. This is very unfortunate that this has happened. When I tried to send an email to the company, there were 3 emails and each one of them came back as undeliverable.
