I took car to boss auto to get transmission fixed at July 3. They told me 3 days. I was called and told was ready. I went to go pay and pick up.$2423.00. I paid them and was given a receipt. I then waited about 20 minutes and was told it needed to have something looked at and will be able to pick up the next day. Was told there was a " nic" in a part and had to exchange it out and then I can pick it up... From there this was the story over and over and over. Always was told it needed something else that would fix for sure..had to wait for item to be shipped. And again different part..had to wait. This took 3 months. Then was told it was an expensive part.. had to get it and program it. Was told ready so here I come with $801.59 more. Was given car next day and didn't work. Same as when I brought back . They kept making me wait and changed part 3 times. Was told done pic up. I had to give it back again..same problem. Was fixed finally was told. I picked up car and after 30 miles of driving is still broken same problem as originally. Now having issues getting refund. They want me to bring car so they can strip parts to get themselves refunded from dealer first..and then refund me but won't tell me how much. I'm telling them full refund first at time of dropping off car. No waiting. They don't give me an answer...they only want to strip car.
