I went to Atlas Auto Spring & Alignment to have them install a 1 leaf spring spacer between the front axle and the leaf springs of my **** peterbilt 379 dump truck. Which in order to do so they had to remove/loosen the nuts on the Ubolts (which hold the axle to the leaf springs). I picked it up on 3/24/22 when they called me saying it was ready. When i got there i visually inspected everything to make sure the job was done and it looked like they did do what i requested. The next day Friday i took it to work and noticed there was something wrong with the steering, it had to much play, the truck would want to drive straight when making a turn to any direction. On Saturday 3/26/22 i inspected the front axle and noticed that the nuts on the UBolts (4 UBolts total) where very loose, i could move them with my hand, i took video of this for proof. they made a very bad job which was very dangerous for me. On Monday 3/28/22 i called the manager to request my money back since they didnt do the job correctly, he offered me to take it back in for them to fix it but i denied because i was not going to let them work on my truck again after putting me in a very life threatening situation. the manager told me he was gonna let the owner know and call me back but they never did. I proceeded to my bank to help me get my money back and they also denied the refund because they had talked to the owner which of course told them that i never called the business to resolve the problem. Now i am reaching out to BBB for help. I have video proof which i took on my cell phone showing me turning the nuts with my hands. I was very lucky and did not get in an accident the day i went to work, if those UBolts were to snap off the truck, the entire front axle would have completely come apart from the trucks frame which could have resulted in a deadly accident, not only risking my life but of those cars around me. I hope yall can help me with this problem. How can i submit video proof?
