      I bought a 2020 ******************** from here on August 14, 2023. I was a little skeptical because the spoiler was falling off and the back doors didn't have handles because it was a cop car. I agreed to purchase the vehicle because the owner signed a document stating that their service department would apply the door handles to the back doors and attach the spoiler for me. I came back to the service center on the following Tuesday 8/22 and the service manager, ****, said that he needs the owner's approval but she's out of the country and should be back this friday. I reached out to **** on Tuesday 8/29 regarding my service and his response was "I should have an answer today." I texted **** the following day and he stopped responding to **** came back the following Tuesday 9/5 and spoke to ******, a sales manager. He told me the same thing about owner's approval and being out of the country but stated i will get a call back the next day. I emailed ****** the following day for an update but no response so I came in on friday 9/8. He referred me to ***** of Auto Dealer Servicesto fix my spoiler. ***** needed other parts to attach the spoiler and asked to leave spoiler with him and do it tomorrow around 1:30 PM. I agreed and ***** ended up blocking my calls. I drove to *****' business only to find out he wasn'tthere. I was so furious that I had to leave because I normally make bad decisions when I'm angry. Now it feels like ***** stole my spoiler and since they never contacted me about my door handles I really don't see them resolving that either. This business has absolutely no integrity and will not follow through on its promises. Even though I have a signed document indicating that they were going to perform these services for me, I'm really sick and tired of going over there and trying to get them to do the right thing and I don't even know what to do from here.

      UNPROFESSIONAL, **** POOR SERVICE, OUT SERVICE INITIALLY UPON PURCHASE OR DETAILING (HAD TO DO OURSELVES) AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH VEHICLE. BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS FOR SERVICE TO REPLACE HEADLIGHTS AND RIGHT SIDE MIRROR. TALK TO SALESMAN (PASSED THE ****** SALES MANAGER (Pssed the buck), FINANCE MGR (WHO WIFE IS MGR OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT-****), STILL WAITING. WANT TO TAKE CAR BACK, GET ALL MONEY BACK PUT IN CAR THAT CAN NOT BE DRIVING DUE TO SAFETY HAZARDS.

      The client picked up the replacement parts and advised us that he was going to put it on himself. The service department ask the client are you sure. He said yes and that he will take care of it. This client have used bulgar language and very loud. He was advised after he called in demanding that we put the parts on, that he took home, He was advised that he have to wait untill we have an opening and he kept on calling and demanding that he wants it put on right away. He called my sale manager using profanity. We did not have to replace the headlight or the side mirror but we went ahead and did a goodwill and ordered the parts that he was complaining about. We could have made an appointment for us to put the replacement part on but he decided to pick up the parts before the appointment was set. We will set up an appointment for him but if the part that he took home is tampered with, we can not guarantee that it will be fully functional. This client have been very abusive from the beginning of the deal. He will be called once we have an opening. As far as the safety hazard that he is talking about the headlight that is on the vehicle now only have a slight moisture and and he wanted it replaced. the passenger side mirror is intact.

      I feel as a customer, I have the right to voice my opinion of dissatisfaction and by the way the primary purchaser of the vehicle is my wife (*************************), who also have complained since purchase of the vehicle (they did not detail the vehicle-husband done that, pull maintenance check-husband done that, which ****** (Salesman) wrote done information husband gave to him for the Maintence Shop to check. She do not like the right side mirro shaking while she's driving the the car (it's loose or broke) and also at night the right headlights is dim due to moister, she or I can hardly see at night driving the car, which deem it to be unsafe. So until they schedule us an appointment, which been two weeks now, we will only drive it during the day.. wife will car Monday to see if can talk to OWNER (Mrs ***** and ask also that the shocks on vehicle be replaced, cause the ones on there are out and that's why the car is too low.
