I'm a return customer. From ****** to *****, I have purchased 6 times from a Toyota Dealer. I tried to make a trade in to purchase another vehicle. I knew it would be kind of difficult to accomplish. This attempt was done on a day after Thanksgiving. Today is Sunday and I have not received any response, which to me means no. Okay fine I can take a no. The problem is: why hasn't anyone called me to let me know? What a lack of respect, loyalty, professionalism, consideration, from a return customer!!!!! We have forgotten what customers service is Toyota!!?? Shame on you as a business! ******************

I am trying to buy a car after lease finalization. The price of payout is not reasonable. Description: I entered into lease agreement with RoundRock (*****) Toyota dealership. The car - RAV4 was priced at 28k in October of 2020. Over the period of lease I paid 4.5 down. Another **** k in 360 monthly payments. ****: I owned them on previous lease - 2k (for extra miles). So total payment for this lease was expected to be **** k - 2k =16.7k.When I spoke to the dealership about buying RAV4 - they claim price of payoff - ****k. My reasoning From original car price of 28k, you got to pay ****k plus 16.7k(paid) which is ****k.. It is before document fees, taxes etc. We should be charged - 4k less. on payoff.Pay of over 7.4k after lease on 28k is more than to 25% profit - is way too much. in my humble opinion. I told them they have some clerical error.. But they insisted and stopped taking my calls. Background: I was loyal customer of ********************** in North America over last 28 years. This is the 4th lease (was taken before for my sons in LA, in MA). I was driving Toyota Campy, Rav4, financing Highlander (still driving).

They are putting loss leaders on website that are not available, and when you call they say it was a mistake. Current example is https://www.roundrocktoyota.com/new/Toyota/2022-Toyota-Avalon-014b0d4d0a0e09b0495a57ba89b84f17.htm?dsSource=VIN&dsAction=autoOpen. When I contacted them about the price advertised $4675 they said that the actual price was over $47,000. Yet it is still first item listed on their deals and they are not correcting the price.
