I bought a car from them with warranty and they sold me a new car warranty and I bought the car 3 years used so when I went to talk to them they said my warranty was expired a 5 year warranty I paid for and it expired 2 years after I had it because they sold me a warranty for new car so I paid for warranty on a car I didnt have in 2018 when I bought it in 2021Review from Emily R.

I would not ever send anyone to purchase a vehicle or receive service from here. There business is very unprofessional. I have tried contacting them and no response, I've had to leave work multiple times to be able to speak with anyone. I have left multiple messages with *********************** and for 3 weeks now have not received a callback. When I do go to the business **** is not there or not available. I've needed to speak to **** due to the team that does not communicate or handle my situation at all. Purchasing a vehicle here has been the worse and very stressful. The vehicle was ****** we ended up leaving with the vehicle owing $43,000 and that's because we traded in that vehicle for a previous vehicle we had just purchased two weeks ago and the engine broke down on us and then they were going to charge us $4,200 to fix an engine to a vehicle that had pre-existing conditions. Worst dealership ******** answer calls, dont return calls, lie about when a vehicle is available and its not, supposedly on the truck. Finally got our car after nearly 2 weeks of hassle, even a trip to corpus from *********** for an appointment only to be told the car wasnt there yet. This was on a Friday, finally got the car delivered Thursday pm. No follow up, no paperwork done, they have our trade in and ****** money order from us. We have a new car and would like the paperwork done. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, buyers beware.Review from Michael B.

Car was in dealership from mid February to mid August. When they unloaded it from a transport in my driveway in ******** ********, The front hood and fenders had **** over spray from some job in the dealership, on my hood and fenders. The strap that held the car on the transport had worn the fiberglass down to the cloth! You have heard of out of sight, out of mind? My house is 800 miles away. My service manager ***********************, has ignored NUMEROUS attempts to reach him. So I tried to reach the general manager ***********************. He also refuses to return Multiple calls. They do not know what customer service means. Do not buy a car or bring your car to this dealership for service.Review from Andrea A.

I recently went to Lithia on July 13, 2022 to buy a ************************************************************************** When out of the dealership and driving home there was a rattling noise and vehicle needed the air suspension on the back and immediately the next day i made the salesman aware which he said that management will call me and take care of the issue and as of today nothing has been resolved. when i took the vehicle back they had me there till close run my credit again that they were trying to trade me out but wanting 5k more and with nothing resolved they put me on loaner to come back home to Laredo and that vehicle had mechanical issues it hesitated to accelerate so i was stranded in Corpus. furthermore price for tahoe was ********************************************************* 15 days after the purchase the price had been raised. they are not willing to return my 3k that was given as down payment they said i had lost it already. I also contacted the Lender that i have not had the vehicle in my possession due to mechanical issues and he requested for me to be aggressive with them to get this situation resolved. my 1st upcoming payment is not due till the 27th August that is why he insisted to try to get it resolved before then, I will greatly appreciate your help.Review from Dustin W.

Worst place. I feel so taken advantage of and stupid for ever going there. A family member of a coworker works there so i thought they would treat me good. I bought a Jeep Wrangler back in November 2021 on a Friday. Price was around *****. After signing all the paperwork they said they would email me the copies the next day. Found out they added $6000 to the sale price without disclosing it to me before hand. They offered no dealer warranty without me having to pay extra for it! Right out of the lot i had to take it back the next Monday. That is when i confronted the saleswoman about the mysterious $6000 that was added on to the price of the vehicle. She said it was for addons and upgrades they do to all of their used vehicles and pulled a piece of paper out of her desk. It was for window tinting, something with the ** and i dont remember what else. On top of that it already needed a cylinder head replaced. Got that fixed, then the rear Main seal and the oil cooler were leaking big time. Had to take it back again. The wiper motor was bad, had to get that replaced. Tried to give it back and have them put me in a brand new one since my purchase went from ***** to *****! Im still so upset and here it is in March. I dont know what to do. Ive called several times and Left messages for them to call me back because i want to cancel the leftover warranty bacause i need to refinance or find some other options. But, of course they never return calls. Even when i took my Ram in for warranty and recall work they never returned calls, ever! Im paying $830 a month. That is So ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the ***** ************************ and Texas DMV. I strongly advise anyone who has issues with this company please file a complaint with the ***** Attorney General and the Texas DMV.Review from Kristina B

This absolutely the worst business ever! The salesman signed a 100$ receipt that I didnt authorize. Tried to sell me a Jeep Wrangler that I drove for five days the check engine light came on and they kept it for 8 days. At this point I ask for anything that runs for my girls and I. They sale me another car asks for another ****. I drive it for a month and the check engine light comes on that one too. As I left changed their mind but asks for it a week later. Then Ill get an email that I owe another 2200$ for the Jeep I never kept. The worst company ever from sales to management.Review from JoeHeflin

I called the dealership because they were advertising Jeep Gladiators for a deep discount. What they dont advertise is that they will not sell you the vehicle unless you buy the Gulf Coast Package. This package is made up of cheat little, and mostly useless, add ons that no one wants and or needs. It costs $6000 making the price of the truck more than it would be without the so called discounts. When I ask the sales manager if I could purchase the truck without the package, he told me yes, but no discounts. This dealership is the worst kind of bad car salesmen. The need to buy shut down. Dont just take my word for it, read all the other reviews on this website and others.
