The original problem was below January 2019 when I had trouble getting the 3 recalls fixed. The last week of November *************************** a letter stating that a quality audit found the work may not have been done. I will never have anything to do with this dealership again.Bought a **** F150 9/2016 and that was not a bad experience. Problem is there were 3 recalls on this truck and when trying to schedule recall service they were not very helpful. They won't give a loaner car and offered to give a ride to work but on your own getting back to dealership. Not to mention they may have to keep the truck overnight. Having trouble figuring out how they can provide you a subpar product that can injure you and your family, expect you to go out of your way and take time off work and make your life harder to fix their unsafe product. They are good to you while selling you but after you cut them the check good luck.Leif Johnson Ford II Ltd Response

************* sent out precautionary letters to customers stating that their vehicle might have been included in a select few vehicles that the recall was not completed. ************** received one of these precautionary letters to have his vehicle rechecked. In order to verify that the recall was indeed performed we reached out to ************** multiple times with no response. We have continued to reach out to him to offer him to either come in or have our mobile service go directly to him but have yet to contact him.Customer Response

I tried to contact your dealership last week and the receptionist was rude. I texted with your director yesterday and stated i want nothing to do with your dealership. I just wanted people to know who they are dealing with. Dealership made it extremely hard to get recall done. Finally get it done. 3 years later find out it may not have been done. Why would I ever let you guys do anything to my truck ever again.Review from Jr R.

I had my Focus towed there for a recall to performed. It's been there 23 days and counting! The engine stalled...just the recall info said it would. I was told the recall was not the issue and that I'd have to pay $3,000 in repairs! I filed a claims against them and was victorious! I ended up with a great offer. The customer service from my Service Advisor was not professional nor satisfactory at times! If I ever have to have my car serviced again, I will not be coming to Leif Johnson *****Review from Brenden R.

I was sold a van by ***************** Johnson on ******. It had some very sketchy work done to it, for instance there was a thread insert in the cylinder head where the first spark plug goes in, someone had stripped the threads and drilled a bigger hole, then rethreaded the hole and put a thread insert in. This caused the spark plug to sit higher than the others, which is a big red flag. ( I personally saw this with my own eyes) This was noticed not even a month after having the car, because my van kept misfiring. I wont have my van until December 3rd, which will be over a month without proper transportation. Now theres more problems they found, and the parts are on back order. Granted, they are taking care of it for free, but its something that shouldnt have been overlooked especially because it couldve resulted in injuries or fatality. I think that every used car that is sold should have more inspections on their pre-sale before someone gets hurt.Review from drgott

I bought a 2018 used vehicle due to the prices being crazy right now. On the day of pickup I discovered a rattling under the dash and asked them about it. They found it was being caused by when they had removed the Lojack device at my request. But they had done a sloppy job and left things dangling. Then, I went to a shop to have the tires changed because the alignment was obviously out because the wear on the tires showed it. I got new tires and an alignment. While they were doing the alignment they discovered the front stuts were bent. They were both bent so badly that they were rubbing on the coil springs. How can you possibly miss all this while doing your inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it? I am not a mechanic and it was obvious to me without getting underneath the truck. I won't be buying anything from this dealer ever again.Review from Michele G

My husband and I bought what we thought was a great used vehicle from them. The buying process was simple and easy but everything fell apart after the delivery. What we didn't know is that the vehicle was falsely advertised as a top tier trim package (TRD Pro) when it fact it was just the lowest base package all dolled up. The truck came with oversized tires that rub every time it turns, all tires came with 5/32 tread life left on them, and the brakes are pretty much gone. We brought these concerns up to them multiple times and they always said, "let me get with my manager and I'll call you back". This is a copout statement where they in fact will never get back with you and hope you go away.Review from Brenden G

Dont trust these crooks. I took my truck in for an oil change on my 6.0. The next day it wouldnt start. took it back as they threw $5,000 worth of parts and labor at it completely rebuilding the high pressure oil system one thing at a time. After a month and a half I came to find out it wasnt making high pressure oil because the **** rods broke the oil filter stand pipe in the oil filter housing. After taking my truck I preformed a leak down test my self from the ipr valve and also found leaks coming from 1Dummy plug and 1 Stand pipe which they damaged after removing fuel rails. What they couldnt fix in a month and a half took me two days to get my truck running.I also came to find out they stripped about 2 of insulation my engine wiring harness. After repairing the leaks it fired right up than fried several electrical components thanks to them stripping wires on my engine harness. $30k in lost business, $3,668.13 for engine wiring harness, $50 for a new stand pipe, and a misc. $200 for replacement stand pipes and dummy plugs.I also had to buy a trailer with all my needed equipment to accommodate my customers which cost me $3700 before taxes. Leif Johnson did comp the botched repairs they did on my truck, but *********************** they lied and fought me all the way in the process. These people are worse than cancer. Dont forget to watch out for ****** (service *******) he was kind and all but hes the genius who fried my truck and put in the botched repairs. He also will lie his @** off to you as well if need be.Review from Sergio A

I would NOT trust the Service ****************** fusion was having ** issues. The ** would stop blowing cold air when the car was still but work fine when it was moving. I brought in my car and my advisor ***** took in my car. They took in my car for a diagnostic, and after a week concluded that the whole electrical junction box needed to be replaced, a ~$900 dollar fix (parts & labor). This fix made no sense to me since the ** did work just not when moving, and so I asked ***** to explain to me how this was the proper fix, he couldn't give me a good reason so he brought me to another guy who also couldn't give me a good reason or explanation. They said "I trust my tech, if they said it's that I have to go with that." OK - fine, I'm not a mechanic so I trusted them. Before I paid I asked ***** what would happen if changing the junction box didn't fix it. He replied stating that I could bring it in for another diagnosis for no charge. Fair enough I suppose and agreed to pay for the fix. Big mistake. 3 days later I'm having the same issues occur. What testing did they even do? I couldn't believe it, and brought it back. They took it in and held on to it for another week, and concluded that it might need a coolant flush or it might be the ambient temperature sensor. They recommended fixing both, for another total of ~$800 dollars. I was NOT going to pay again for something they seemed to not give a good answer to. So I did what I should have done from the start and googled a fix, and found that it might be the ambient temperature sensor, a part that costs $8 dollars on Amazon and can literally be done in less than 10 mins, without even opening up the hood or doing anything ******** it, it's stupid simple). So I ordered the part and changed it myself and it worked perfectly. I've had my car for 2 weeks now and no issues. I will never bring my car here ever again. I went back and spoke to ***** and told him exactly what I'm writing in this review and he didn't seem like he cared, these people believe their always right and don't care that they completely take advantage of people. They should feel bad. What they do is WRONG.Review from Alberto G.

I made the mistake of being a return customer at the ********** *********************************************. I had previously had wonderful experiences, yes plural, 10 years ago. I had my **** mustang GT, **** Mustang Cobra and 2008 mustang GT/ CS in for repairs before. I am completely and utterly flabbergasted at the lack of customer service provided by the service advisor and now the shop manager. Complete disregard for concern and matter of fact demeanor throughout. ********** drive-thru level service aside, I am disgusted with repairs performed on my last two vehicles. My 2016 Ram and 2018 Mustang GT got pummeled during the April ****************** round rock. I dropped off both my vehicles first week of May and was given an estimated completion time of last week in May. I finally got my pickup back from the shop 3 weeks ago 7/8/21, after 2 attempts to pick it up and reassured by the service advisor that she, herself had inspected the vehicle and deemed it ready for delivery. First pickup attempt was sheer disbelief. The roof moldings were missing and found in the bed of the truck, ready to be discarded, I suppose by me. The exterior was filthy, it was obvious the vehicle had not seen a washcloth since drop-off, despite the service advisor setting up a Thursday appointment for pickup later in the day so that it could be "detailed". Service advisor non-saliently then noted not having time to actually inspect the vehicle prior, once the condition of the vehicle was discussed with her. After determining the moldings were not reusable and needing to be replaced, I was assured that the truck would be ready the next day, Friday... Got a call Friday afternoon and as expected the moldings had to be ordered and once again assured the truck would be ready no later than Monday. I finally took possession of my vehicle the following Thursday, Once again, vehicle not washed, much less detailed as indicated by the service advisor. The trucks interior was filthy, the instrument cluster was layered dust and water spots..?? I can only surmise this happened sometime between removing the roof and replacing it, yes the roof had to be replaced as it was non salvageable. The dashboard had glass debris from where the windshield had been replaced. At that point I needed my vehicle, but did inform the service advisor of my dissatisfaction with my truck and further informed her of my expectations for my 2018 mustang, to which she replied "ok" and her demeanor poured with disinterest. Now on to my mustang. Again, its now been ~ 3 months since drop-off. Service advisor called me two weeks ago, on Friday the 16, indicating the car was done but wanting to get it detailed as she wanted me to be completely happy with the delivery. I get a call from her Thursday, yes, seven days later, stating the car was detailed but that she would have to pick it up herself as no one else knew how to drive a manual transmission. Excuse me, the car is not in your facility? You had to send the car elsewhere to get it detailed? Are you not a full service collision center? Phone call ended before I could even contemplate asking about this. Next day, Friday, I get a call from service advisor indicated that not only had the car not been detailed when she went to pick it up, but had been damaged. Apparently the rear bumper had a scratch on it. So I asked to speak with the shop manager, his response, "yeah" when asked if I was understanding correctly that my vehicle had been damaged while out of his facility, for a week. He informed that he did not know the specifics of the occurrence and would have to investigate and get back to me. I'm still waiting for this.Today I rejected delivery of my mustang. The car was driven to me by the shop technician. The car's headliner was completely soaked with the **pillar moldings unfastened, hanging by the retainer clips and wiring exposed. The passenger rear quarter panel showed paint anomaly which was highlighted under direct sunlight. the odometer now reads ***** miles, roughly 200 miles more than when dropped off.So much for caring for my once newly purchased mustang, maintaining and servicing it at the local **** dealership, only to have an overtly irresponsible shop keep it for three months and counting, drive it at will as "you agreed by signing to necessary test drives when you dropped it off sir".DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE
