    I bought car from Classic Honda of Midland *****, and within the first week, i noticed that it had a transmission problem, i contacted the dealership and they asked me to bring it back to them for diagnostic scan, of which i did, they confirmed, that it has a transmission problem. They did not give me an alternate vehicle to use in the mean time to go to work, while we are trying to find solution to this problem. Sometimes have missed work so many times because of that and yet i am making the payment and insurance on the vehicle. Now i do not wish to own that car anymore (what's the point of paying for a car that even the dealership knew that the car had a problem)? I talked with the dealership about me returning the car to them, for a refund, but they did not allow me to do that, they instead persuaded me to sell back the car to them for a lower price. I do not wish to sell the car back to them for a lower price, i just wanted to return the vehicle to them for a refund, because the problem that the car has, existed at the time of purchase. I am asking for a better solution than selling the car back to them.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Midland, **. Yesterday, I went to the dealership with the complete intention of buying a car listed on the website. Once I walked into the sales floor, I could tell this experience wasn't going to be enjoyable. Upon walking in no one greeted me. I stood for 10 mins before anybody decided to walk up and ask what I need. Finally, a saleswoman, who didn't say her name; asked what I need. I showed her the picture of the car listed on the website and said I want to test drive it. When she pulled the car around and opened the door, I was shocked. The car was filled with trash, completely dirty, and there was a huge water gun in the floor of the passenger seat and the outside of the car was filthy. We went one block, and I noticed 3 warning lights. I immediately turned the car around and said I'm not driving this car until the warning lights are off. I also said I needed to car cleaned before I could make a decision on it. The saleswomen refused to get it cleaned. At that time her sales manager grabbed the keys to our trade in, did not introduce himself and went to look at our car. They came back with a number that was too low, but that was the least of my concerns at this point. Not once was I offered any water or treated any way like a buying customer. Finally, ************************* the sales manager walked up and shock my hand, mind you I have been at the dealership for over 20 mins, and this is the first handshake. He was rude and disrespectful, and I was again told they wouldn't clean the car unless I promised to buy it. I said I can't make a decision on a dirty car and also notified them that the mileage was ***** miles off from what was advertised on your website. At this point it was clear this dealership didn't want my business and I walked out. BUYING BEWARE DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!
