On 10-11-23. I took my **** truck to be inspected for safety and performance: vibration on tires and gas pedal, engine light comes on, collision light comes on, alarm goes off, Bird Kultgen recommended new tires and an alignment. So I had 4 new tires and an alignment done at this time I took the truck out on 10-12-23 still with the vibration on steering wheel and pedal. all the electrical issues were still not repaired. Took the truck back in on 11-29-23 with a list of things to be looked at: as you can see the copies of the diagnostic there is several things wrong with the truck. One thing wrong is the alignment was not done correctly and if the truck had been inspected correctly on 10-12-23 they would had notices that the Damper was damaged and would have part warranty at that time. but at the same time if the inspection was done the mechanic should have noticed that the **** Drag ***** **** Right Outer Tie Rod and the Damper needed to be replaced. The alignment was needed to be redone as well I had to take the truck to a different shop in order to get a good inspection on it. I have told the **** Bird Kultgen about these issues since 11-04-21 when the truck only had ***** miles on it. Now they claim that its out of factory warranty. and my Extended warranty does not cover these issues.I am asking for a full refund on the truck or for **** to pay off the *********** will pay to get it fixed the right way.This truck has been in the shop: 11-04-21 07-28-22 10-25-22 11-29-22 12-09-22 12-22-22 04-29-23 04-03-23 10-11-23 11-29-22
