    Company was called to repair 2 burner issues with the ************ first came on the aug 24, 2023, had no parts and returned on 2 Sept with the parts. the stove was taken apart and during this process, the tech broke the connection from the oven control board to the oven; we could not see any control for the oven. His statement to me was that he was not aware the board had a cable connection. He then went outside to order the part and came back in to tell me the part was $200.00 and he would install for free but we would have to pay the part cost. i then asked why did i have to pay when he broke it. stated his boss told him they would install for free but i had to pay for the part. on 21 sep i called the office and asked them if i would get any relief from the part the tech broke and got told they would pass on info to company. the next day, the tech (****) called and his answer was "those things happen and he was installing it for free." when i asked how long would it take, his response was "i have to order the part." well, when he was here on 2 sept, he told me he ordered the part then. then he said he would check with the office to see if the part had been ordered. On 9 Oct i got a call that the part was in and set up appt for the 19th of oct, 10 am to 12pm window. on the 19th i called the office to ask if he was still coming. he arrived at 1120 that day. he installed the part and turned out that something else had been broken in the process. still no working oven. Now, he stated that the new part that was now needed would be ordered at their expense. he then took off the original part he replaced and took it with him. On Nov 8th i called their store at 947 am and they knew nothing about the part or the order. she would call **** and call me back. i got a that evening at 1710 that they were having issues finding the part. I called back on 29 Nov and got no answer. i left a msg asking for the part number, did they have another tech and if a manager could call em back. on 29 dec my wife called them and got the part number. i called ******* and found the part for ****** and called them to give them the info on the site and phone number. told me she would give info to ****. on Dec 27 and Jan 8 2024 i sent them texts asking if they had gotten the info. i now get no answer or no one answers my phone texts.
