BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: We had City Wide AC put in a new AC Unit in my elderly mother's home in March 2016. It has not cooled right and according to ****, the owner, there is a small leak somewhere that they are unable to find. They have only been out twice since March (Today is June 29) to try to fix the problem. After having my 78 year old mother turn off the AC for 24 hours, they came out Monday to run a system check to try and find the leak. ****, the owner came to the house, but only for a few minutes, and told her that his employee **** would handle the job. **** left the premises shortly after **** and left my mother in stifling heat for over 4 MORE hours. He returned and finished the test and told her that they still are unable to find the leak. She turned the AC back on, and it is cooling, but not completely and it's just a matter of time before the coolant will be completely gone. My mother called to discuss this with **** on Monday evening, got his voicemail and he has yet to return her phone call.
Desired Settlement: We need this to be resolved, I believe 4 months is long enough to deal with a defective AC unit. We would like the company to either find the leak immediately or replace the unit and all the parts and tubing, in full. We would also like a refund of half of the $5,000.00 we are out for the new unit for pain and suffering.
Hello, this is **** ******** replying to the email,,,, this issue has been resolved and we are in good standing with **** and her mother, we just followed up with ****( her mother ) on 7-19-16 .... feel free to contact me directly with any questions at **********
