            I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit install December of 2021 and almost every 4 months I have to call them back for an issue with this unit. I just had to call them back on yesterday October 31st. The tech came and told me that my thermostat needed batteries and he didn't even bring any batteries. Demanded that I have some fortunately I did had some AA batteries at my house. Then he told me that some type of board went out on my furnace and he would order it and that **** in the office would call me tomorrow. Today is November the 1st and no call from ****. So I reach out to **** and she's rude and mean and very unprofessional. She tells me that she has no information about whether or not the tech ordered my board or not and the two persons that do the ordering are not in. Each time I asked to speak to the owner he's not available or not in. I explained to her that currently I have my windows open but when I leave my house I close my windows for fear of burglaries. And I have two small pets that can't be in a suffocating house with no air circulating so I would appreciate if somebody could let me know if my board has been ordered and how long is this ordeal going to take me because it is a great inconvenience for me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Run as fast as you can from this company.
