I hired this company to do my whole HVAC installation for my new built home. When I first contacted them, the owner *** seemed knowledgeable and explained the installation thoroughly in detail. *** sounded like he knew what he was doing. So I decided to hire them for my job. Little did I know that everything would be a scam. They installed the outdoor/indoor units but they did a horrible job with the ductwork. None of it was placed correctly. All the ductwork was laid out on top of each other not to mention they didnt even connect/seal the ducts to the indoor units. Because of all that horrible work. The air that travels to the house is attic air not a/c air like it should be. They left some ducts without insulation which are now leaking on my downstairs ceiling. The last time they came to complete the job back in August 2022 they failed to close the door on one of the indoor units and that caused the unit to freeze. They also didnt install returns in my upstairs area therefore its always super hot upstairs. Let me not forget that I paid for a minisplit to be installed in one ************ I didnt receive the minisplit so nothing was installed. I called them so many times to at least get a refund but *** would say *** would call me and refund and I never heard from them. I called and texted *** so many times and he wouldnt respond and neither did ***. They blocked me so I called them from another phone and thats when *** would answer then he wouldnt answer after the first call. The few times he answered he promised they would come back to finish but they never did. My mistake was to think everything was done right because it looked right so I paid *** the full amount even though nothing was completed correctly. They clearly faked everything on purpose to look like everything was installed right. I paid *** so much money for nothing to be installed properly and now I have so many issues because of their terrible job. This company deserves 0 stars. Beware!!!
