    Purchased jacuzzi 2022 new Caldera ****** brand and delivered October 29th 2022 with extensive damage/gapping hole and a leak that the spa repair man can not fix after 3 visits. The jets are malfunctioning and the diverter valves are leaking. The main drain valve also leaks. All of these problems have been reported and within this month almost on a daily basis. They now won't answer the phone now. This most likely happened because I said to ***** who answered phone earlier in the week that we wanted an undamaged jacuzzi delivered that works properly or our money back. I told them that they promised me that caldera spas has the best guarantee of quality working products or it would be replaced free of charge less than 30 days if requested and it is less than 30 days. I can not speak to owner of dealer due to them not returning calls. I am being forced to

    After the service department didnt call meBack until I called four times and left messages, I went to the ** location twice, called the store four times but no return call. My hot tub didnt work for over three months because the servicedepartment is ran horribly. Today they tried to make up a story that the reason was they were waiting for parts and that is what took so long. The truth we both know is they never came out to my hot tub or called me back. Here is an emailexchange today showing exactly what I mean. The service department has been horrible and they will not do anything for me.Here are the emails.This emailArrived today now over months of not resolving anything. I spent seven thousand dollars or more, and they could not care about anything after the tub was sold.On , Sweetwater Services *** wrote:y?ou. On July twenty-first you wrote to us demanding that we do all of the above for two hundred dollars. When we make an agreement, our word is good & we keep it. Seeing that you are failing to uphold your end of the bargain (which included taking down the review), we are cancelling your order and from this day forward, you are welcome to hire any company of your choice to do any work. (Your warranty has now expired). Sincerely,Sweetwater Hot TubzOffice: You are not correct. You were NOT waiting for parts because no one called me back for three months. I was told the whole service process was changed because how poorly it was ran. I went to the store twice and received no call again. Not until I put the negative review did anyone call me back. Once I put the review up I was called in hours. The only way you even responded to me was with the review. I said once I had the cover I would take down the reviews.If you are going to try to change the narrative and make believe you were waiting for parts for three months good luck. I will make sure every single possible review place I will add all the emails and my call log from ******** I will show every time I called with no answer.All I asked was to meet me in the middle at two hundred dollars, but you will only do for your cost. You have not done ANYTHING for the three months You ignored my calls. I had no hot tub for months because of your service depart being horrible. I am only asking for one hundred off your cost, which I believe all outlets for reviews would agree with me is not a lot. You have done nothing to accommodate your companies service departments lack of calling me back. The man here wiped down the hot tub with a towel. He did not clean my wholeHot tub. He also used my dry vac for the water. The entire cleaning and water removal took 1-two minutes.Please do the right thing.     ************************** HELD HAD COME TO AN AGREEMENT. MR. HELD BROKE THAT AGREEMENT SO THIS IS WHAT WAS SENT TO HIM. THIS IS THE ENTIRE UN-EDITED VERSION:Dear *********** March, you requested a service call. We diagnosed & determined that the parts needed were under warranty. At the time, we were out of the parts and had to wait for them to come from the factory.Due to COVID, there has been a severe difficulty in getting product in a timely fashion. We apologize for how long it took to complete the repair and totally assured you that it would be covered under the warranty. We made this clear to you and it was never in question.Because of the delay, we came to an agreement with you to purchase a cover for $299. Upon completion of the warranty repair on 7/2/2021, you stated to the service technicians that you were happy and will take down a bad review you gave. While there, we even cleaned & started to fill your tub for free. You were informed that the cover would take a couple of weeks to arrive, and you would get a call when it came in. You knew you wouldnt hear anything until it did. Delivery, *********************** of the old cover was not included and is a choice you have for a fee. As of 7/20/21, your cover (which has not been paid for) has yet to arriveOn 7/19/21 you wrote a review demanding that we do all of the above for $200. When we make an agreement, our word is good & we keep it.
