I wanted to file a complaint against one of your personnel there at the west side Storage4u by the name of ***. I am not accustomed to receiving hostile phone calls from clueless storage managers like received from *** today at lunch time. I am past due on my account and made a payment for half the amount due and have intentions on paying the other half on my next payday. *** called me and had no idea about the arrangement and the payment.He was talking in an aggressive manner and totally disrespecting by overtalking me in a very loud voice. When asked if he read the notes his colleague put into my account he didn't even apologize for his attitude. Instead he tried to use the excuse of his phone not being clear when I could hear him just fine, there was no static or disruptions you would hear in a bad connection. I would recommend customer service training which it seems he lacks experience in. That should be his priority since he is in a customer service role.I dont appreciate being harassed by this man and am very upset he would talk to anyone in this manner.
