              Contracted with ************************* of Kerrville Roofing to do a roof replacement last summer (hail damage). As part of the job, paid an additional $375 for a "chimney cap." We told ****** that he could wait until fall of 2020 to do the chimney cap job. Roof repair was completed to our satisfaction but chimney cap job was never performed. Talked to ****** on various occasions about this (most recently June 25, 2021) and asked him to do the job or refund our $375. He just beat around the **** and didn't give any indication of when or if he would ever get the job done. I regret having to file this complaint because we have had good work done by this company in the past, but it seems I have no other recourse. My preferred solution is to get our money back ASAP so we can get someone else to do the work as I no longer trust this company to do the job properly.
