Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Hired A&A to add a room to our house. Initially told we would have a Mitsubishi AC unit installed but was switched to a Gree AC unit which was much less expensive than the Mitsubishi. A&A did not refund us the difference in price but since the Gree unit was already installed by the time I found out, it was too late to replace with the Mitsubishi. 1-year later, the 'motherboard' on the Gree unit has gone out. Gree says there is a 5-year warranty on the motherboard but I need to know where A&A purchased the AC unit so the warranty can be honored. Multiple attempts to contact A&A to help get this resolved have gone unanswered.
Desired Settlement: Just want the AC unit working again.
We clearly explained to Mr.**** that we were providing Gree AC unit that was affordable for his budget, and if he wanted upgrade to a Mitsubishi that is was ok but needed to pay the difference, And he told us to install the Gree AC unit for the original price.
Mitsubishi was never in our Contract Agreement we both signed on 1-13-15
We called him 1hr. after one missed call.
We emailed him the purchase order and invoice on 4-12-16 Don't understand why he file this complaint.
We take care of our customers!!!
