My 3 children go to this practice & have been with the practice since Birth.I have never had not one issue with this practice or any of the doctors I have seen of course I like some doctors more then others but never actually had a issue that warranted me thinking negatively of this practice or wanting to change my childrens doctors at least that is till now my older children my daughter 13 & son 12 usually see Dr ***** when we have appt my youngest 8 sees Ms ******** they have off and on been sick for almost 2 months now they get a little better then they get worse again which has been causing me to have to take them in at least once every 2 weeks. Nothing has been prescribed or given this entire time they have ran strep, Mano, flu and covid test and everything comes back negative yet they each have super red inflamed throats, a cough, stomach issues as well as vomiting, fever and migraine headaches.Last week I took my oldest & as soon as Dr ***** walked in the room she had attitude and was frustrated it seemed that we were there.well over the weekend my kids were all still sick vomiting, fever at night mainly and congestion so bad its was hard to breath as well as their throats still hurt and they had migraines so kept them home Monday from school I already knew Dr ***** would not prescribe anything and again would just recommend the same tests that have already came back negative but they needed Doctor notes for school so thats really why the appointment was made not bc I thought the doctor would actually treat my childrens symptoms.again when she walked in the room and saw us she had attitude was dismissive and just rude again my children have been part of this practice for years they have never been sick like this or had to be back and forth to the office like this so I do not appreciate being dismissed and being given attitude when symptoms have not even been teated. Tried to file complaint but Office manager ******** has still not called me.
