I started going to Stadia med spa on 7-21-2021 for laser hair removal. ***** failed to advice me to shave completely so the 1st 2 visits were a waste of time. ***** burned me over 10 times and on the advertisement it says pain free. It turned out to be extremely painful. When *** started working on me she explained to me that we must shave completely in order for the laser to burn the roots which no one else in the office advised me to do. *** also told me theres a numbing cream which again ***** failed to tell me about. Naz did add 2 more laser hair removal sessions at no cost. I started buying products for spots on my face which didnt work but make them much darker. They told me to stop using the products so now there just sitting there. They basically experimented on me the whole time. Naz then recommended Intense Pulse light around April 21st 2022, which she did the 1st time and burned me horribly to where I have scars on my face I didnt have before. I kept telling her the spots are darker and now I have more scars. Naz said they would eventually fall off. My face is way worse than when I 1st went there. I was so upset I walked in there and told them I look like ******* the ***** nose reindeer and ***** thought it was hilarious and ran to the back to laugh at me. I spend almost $4000 for my face to look this way and for me to still have patches of hair all over which I did full body and facial laser hair removal. Now Naz is recommending micro-needling which is $800. This business just takes your money and is not worried about the results. They need to fix this and I do not recommend anyone to get any work done here. My face looks horrible and Im very unsatisfied with there services. I spend to much money for better skin and they ruined my face and skin. This is terrible service. Naz is quick to sale products and dont even let you think it through. Shes shoving products down peoples throats promising they work. Nothing worked for me. Im very angry!!!
