Complaint: the Company failed to take the right approach and steps to solve the problem of rodent pathway in the attic and the alarm box of my home. Did not see that the technician brought in any traps or taking them out of the attic, although i was near him all the time.He was just carrying a ladder.last visit was on 6/27 .I was told attics are clean and clear as well as the alarm box. On 7/2 the alarm system failed again and we found in the box eggs and droppings of mice . I was promise service on 7/11 and 7/12 but did not have anyone to resolve the problem.

Desired Settlement: to see that traps were put in places they need to be & not to have any problems with the rodents anymore.

Business Response: Dear BBB for ****** *****, 

On behalf of Roberts Termite and Pest Control, Inc. **** **********
was the technician who performed the service at **** **** ***** **. The first
rodent service was on 5/**/2013, where he placed 4 LP protecta bait boxes
around the perimeter of the home, and placed on T-rex trap in each of the
attics. (There are 3 attics). Included in the service were 2 follow ups. The
first follow up was completed on 5/**/2013, where **** checked the bait boxes
and the traps in the home, there were no rodents caught at this time. The 2nd
and final follow up was completed on 6/**/2013, where **** rebaited the bait
boxes with rodent contract bait. Still there were no rodents caught. Then on
07/**/2013 he did a 3rd follow up, to check traps and bait boxes at
the home. At this time there were still no rodents found in the home the only
thing that was found were geckos on a glue board that was placed in the home on
the 1st follow up. Per the technician he has pictures of the areas
where the traps were placed the attics. When the office spoke with **** about
the job he stated that he did and tried everything he was able to do take care
of the rodent situation at the home. On our behalf we will continue to do
everything that we can at **** **** ***** **. to take care of the rodents.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
