After letting my fiancé deal with this company's contractor (Tyler) I would never recommend him or this business to anyone. He first told my fiancé he would give her a deal on a patio extension if hired to do the roof. He never seemed to follow up in a timely manner. He lied and said he pulled a permit for the concrete patio extension but when she checked with Killeen he had not. He failed to reschedule the patio extension job with us after the weeks of rain. Again she had to text and call him. He didn't seem to want to do anything but have her accept his bid, pay up front and not discuss anything with me. He took his time to do a written estimate for the roof job to submit to the insurance company then again lied and said he had spoken to them but the adjustor said he hadn't. The over priced estimate for the concrete patio extension and the roof job that our insurance company said was over priced as well as being put her on the back burner is absolutely ridiculous. Today was the final straw for me. We will not do business with anyone this unprofessional. Instead of using professional business practices he tried to play games and lost two jobs plus recommendations to friends, neighbors and family.
