12/14/2014 BEWARE OF HIGH RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEES IF YOU RETURN ITEMS! I foolishly bought a very expensive ergonomic office chair because I have a bad back. The chair they sent turned out to be very poor (yet very expensive) so I sent it back and it still cost me $138 out of pocket for shipping and restocking. That kind of policy is a 1-time thing. They won't ever get me to shop there again. So be CAREFUL and read the return policy. Best to shop elsewhere.

6/10/2014 Ordered the XMS Neutral Posture chair. It arrived with numerous broken parts. Company was notified immediately the same day. Left arm completely broken, most levers do not work, only one which does is the pneumatic lift. Tilt does not work on seat, lumbar lever broken and no lumber support on back. Seat is supposed to have the memory foam, if this is memory foam I am a monkey's uncle. You might as well be sitting on a straight back wooden chair, the wooden chair would be more comfortable. Have received nothing but the run-around from the company. Had to send them photos and a video of the broken parts before they would even talk regarding replacing the chair. It was suggested I switch to a different model by the representative, which I agreed to, and now they want to charge me 30% restocking fees and shipping costs for the broken chair. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and the absolute worst chair I have ever sat in. The $59 chair I have at home from ****** ***** is ten times more comfortable and is seven years old!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The only thing on this chair which actually does work is the right arm, the pneumatic lift, the and the casters, which by the way are not what was advertised on the web site, but a smaller size which is not nearly as comfortable. The chair is not as advertised on the web site. This is the worst customer service and the worst product I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. And I am stuck with a broken chair.
