TERRIBLE SERVICE! Started off with an in person estimate because I wanted to make sure the movers knew exactly what time of furniture we had in order to give an accurate estimate. His exact words on his email were "worst case scenario $600 for 1st day and $1400 for 2nd day". At the end of the second day our bill totaled $2,169, which would not have been bad, BUT they did not finish assembling any of the desks! They didn't plan to come back for 3 more days! Needless to say we had to hire other movers to finish assembling the desks. When the owner and his crew showed up on the first day, he instantly demanded tacos for his crew and kept asking for food for the first 2 hours until we fed them. Everyone on the crew smokes and has to take a smoke break every ***** minutes. Our office and furniture all smelled of cigarette smoke. On the second day only 2 people showed up for the move, but he wanted to charge us for 3 people. The entire time the owner complained that the desks were too hard for his team to put together. This company did a horrible job. They broke a VERY expensive monitor by dropping a piece of furniture on it.Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company. You will regret it!

When Movin On LLC went to the survey to find out what was needed by the customer, we were informed about taking apart the module desk and bring them and other furniture items to the new location. I gave her a rough estimate of the moving bid in which they accepted the bid for each day of service. I hired a company who takes apart the modules for us. The company representative told me in front of the owner and the Office manager ******************** that whoever put the desk together for them ****** moused the connections and that he would try to disconnect and reconnect the desk together correctly for them, that it will take longer because of the disconnecting process which the Owner said thank you for telling us and do what you can to make it right. I told him that it will take longer in which the estimate will be higher than the estimate given. He said no problem and go ahead with the work. Well ********* had a problem with her boss statement and had a bad attitude with us for the rest of that day and the next. We asked permission for the 2 smoke breaks each day which they said no problem each time we asked. We did not ask ********* because of her attitude toward us after the conversation with the owner. We have never smoked in our truck out of respect to our customers as we sat on the easement away from the truck. When we first got there the men asked if I was going to buy breakfast taco's for them and one of the men who worked for the company said he would go and get all of us and the office some breakfast taco's. I am so disappointed in this Office managers lies about us at Movin On LLC. Then without a phone call to us about hiring another company to reassemble the desk which was easy after we fixed the problem from the company who installed them in the first place, The other company who called us after they set up the desk told us how she was bad mouthing us every step of the time it took them just to reassemble the 4-remaining desk. The owner was happy and gave me his credit card to pay the bill and agreed on the price without hesitation. Thank you.

I agree with the previous reviewer, Nena. Very misleading company. Lies to get your business. Paid for 3 men but only 2 showed up, so they called another guy who is not from the company to help, and he is the one who actually worked hard through the whole time. Only two actually did the moving; the 3rd guy is in the truck arranging items. It should be finished within 3 hours but ended up finishing in 5. It would be much longer if we did not jump in and help to move. I wish my original mover did not cancel on me at the last minute... Ended up spending $800 on this move.

We did a great job for this customer and received a handful of compliments as we were working, plus her response on the invoice was nothing but compliments. Now I see **** writes a bad report on us after we worked hard with only one break to take care of the customer. Some people just want to bad mouth companies where the rest of the family was very happy with us. God help us.
