Refund and Exchange Policy
Consumers may return or exchange any unworn items in resalable condition, with accompanying proof of purchase, within 90 days of the original shipment date.

For returned unworn items received in resalable condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can receive a refund for the original price paid, with the same payment method used on the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid your Ambassador with cash or check for your order, Noonday Collection will issue a refund to your Ambassador, who will arrange for a timely refund directly to you. Credit card, check or cash refunds are not available after 30 days from original ship date. After 30 days, you will be issued Noonday Collection credit for the original price paid.

If you return or exchange an unworn item within 90 days and choose to be refunded in the form of Noonday credit, you will receive Noonday credit for the original price paid plus an additional $6 to help cover the shipping and handling charges on a future order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift cards and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.

Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 30 days of original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange or refund.

If your Noonday item has a defect in construction, Noonday will provide a replacement within 90 days of the original shipment date, with accompanying proof of purchase, at no additional cost to you.

To return or exchange an item, please contact Noonday customer support by emailing support@noondaycollection.com with your Noonday invoice number and a brief explanation of your claim. Then send the items you wish to return to:Noonday Collection Returns / Exchanges

Please include a note with your name, a copy of your Noonday invoice and a brief explanation of your claim.

As soon as Noonday receives your returned items, we will promptly process your return, exchange or refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our offices. Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment within 10 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Complaint: I asked for a refund and they would only do a gift card saying that they had to do only what my original payment method was, I pointed to my original order with the payment by credit and requested a refund and they further would not refund my money. I want my money back!

We are sorry that we could not resolve the issue with Jennifer. Emily did her best to explain the return/exchange policy, but unfortunately it did not line up with ******** request.  

I have outlined the transactions below.

The customer originally placed an order on Feb 14, 2016. She was unhappy with the bag she purchased and asked for an exchange to buy a different bag. She was within policy so we issued a gift card so she could apply that to her new order. The customer did not ask for a refund at this time which would have been available to her. 

On April 11, 2016 she placed a new order with the gift card as payment.  

On May 2, 2016 she contacted us to say she was unhappy with that bag too and requested a return. As is common practice and as stated in our return policy we issued the refund back to the original payment type of the order for that item. The entire order was paid for with a gift card. 

Our return policy states: 

If you return an unworn item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or a Noonday Collection credit for the

original price paid plus $6 to cover the cost of shipping your next Noonday purchase. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
