Ordered earrings on April 10th. Given notification that order shipped with tracking number but for almost 10 days the **** tracking number given only states that label created but waiting on package to be delivered to carrier. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep putting me off and not giving any info. I have told them to cancel my order but I suspect I have been very negligent in not checking them out before I ordered through ******** ad.Review from Wesley M

I have been buying from Shop LC for about 10 years. Most items I have been very happy with. I just started bidding on their auctions. There is something very fishy about their high end jewelry auctions. The same people bid outrages amounts and no one else can win unless you want to pay 5 times more than the item normally sells for. I found this issue on Shop LC's forum from 4 years ago and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.I don't know if there are evil people (***** and ******* to name a few) who are trying to spoil other people winning, or Shop LC is doing something behind the scenes. I did win a few auctions on lower priced items, but there is no sense wasting my time on higher end items.Review from Cindy W

Please report the order as stolen and take that report to the carrier.

Although they offer reasonably priced jewelry, my interactions with them have been dreadful. First, their mobile application is extremely buggy. There have been two instances in which I was charged for items that were out of stock when using the mobile application to place an order; as a result, no order was generated. My attempts to obtain a refund have been an absolute catastrophe. The quality of their consumer service is abysmal. Furthermore, they provided me with an opal pendant and ring, both of which were evidently returned. The band is dull and covered in scratches. The pendant's opal is transparent, allowing the rear of the setting to be seen through the stone. It is the nature of opals to be opaque. This stone appears synthetic.Review from Cecelia T

I purchased two 10k gold chains as gifts from Shop LC. Checked them out with a reputable jeweler and was told they were not gold. Called customer service and was told to send back. I was e mailed return label and validation on the items. Number one I don't have a printer and not offered a discount on future purchase. These companies get away with false representation of their jewelry.Review from Pam L

Fake false advertising very predatory and misleading with their advertising, a waste of time and a waste of money and since time is money it'sA WASTE times both Don't buy anything from them because companies that practice these shaded models are only using your money to make your first payment but knowing very well their products later on going to be returned which they take their sweet ass time to give you a refund but expect you to pay right away to buy some fake items
