I have had windows installed by this company in the past. Called for an estimate, December 2017. Windows were installed early 2018. I asked for window strips to be snapped on, not glued on. Also had stucco damage around several windows. The glue on strips were installed and of course not what we asked for. The other strips had to be ordered. The glued on strips started to fail soon after they were installed. They were not properly installed having little to no foam insulation around windows or glue to hold them in place. My calls and text started 5/31/18. Owner **** did send someone to paint inside border/trim on 12/5/18. I immediately asked what about the outside. I would call and text at least once a week if not more. In 2023, owner stated he would install them himself if he couldnt get anyone else, when the date came for him to install, he got sick. There were a couple of dates scheduled for someone to come out but when that day would come no one would show up. The initial installer **** even told me he didnt feel comfortable installing snap ons. After hundreds of text and calls owner sent a subcontractor to install the strips 6/9/23 but the stucco was not repaired. I heard tons of excuses/reasons from birthdays, illness, vacation, **** the installer went on to open up his own business, waiting for strips to come in (supposedly they came in a couple of times, once bent, another time locked up in building - pandemic), COVID, working in Corpus, out of the country or state, it is raining (not raining on my side of town), etc. I would NOT recommend this business. In 2022 I was told I would receive a hundred dollar gift card, which has not arrived as of 7/10/23 honestly it would not or could not compensate for all the years of drama I had to go through to get my job 99% completed. I will not hold my breath on the stucco getting repaired. Owner did promise it would get done and part of it did, finally.

We first contacted this company over 20 years ago, they have done many upgrade projects to our home, as well as an occasional fixit project that the owner will do or send one of his employees to take care of. Rudy has been very trustworthy as our son who lives in the home is disabled, and since we live in California it is comforting to know we can count on Rudy to address any concerns we have, There have been many times where we have needed a minor repair, and it was fixed at no charge to us. Rudy (the company owner) has been there for us many times.

Structure Builders has been such a blessing to work with. I had several companies come to evaluate and quote estimates for the remodeling of my mother’s house and only Structure Builders stood out. Not only for having the best quality when comparing the quotes, but because it was the only company that the owner, himself, did the consultation. Structure Builders truly has a close contract, they did not charge me anything extra even after finding mold in the demolition process, I stayed within my 150k contract. Rudy was always available for any questions or concerns during the entire process. Always honest in explaining any delays, whether due to weather or material delays. All of his crews are exceptional in their expertise, professional and very polite, I especially want to recognize Enrique and Humberto for going above and beyond their duties. I always felt safe with all his crews in the house, even when it was just my mother alone. The ladies at the office were also always available and quickly to response to any questions. I will definitely use them again for all future projects. Thank you Rudy for making our dreams come true, we love our new remodeled home, my mom loves hosting all occasions now!

I cannot say enough positive things about Structure Builders! I had an incredibly life changing event resulting from a 12Ft Uhaul driving into my 50 year old brick house. I went online and found Structure Builders for repairs. From the very beginning, **** was punctual, attentive, and showed immense empathy towards the severity of the damages and situation. **** walked me through each and every detail, time frame, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His employees are the best there are! The attention to detail, perfection, and attitude, made the whole experience much easier than ever anticipated. ****, and his entire team went incredibly far above, and beyond, and I can not thank them enough! My mom is 86 years old and has been wanting to redo her backyard concrete slab for years now. Because we have had horrible experiences with previous contractors, I was really hesitant to pursue her reconstruction of the cement slab. I researched BBB and found this contractor. Made the initial appointment and it was scheduled for today 1 Sep 21. ***** immediately put my mind at ease. First of all he is an OWNER and not a project manager that came to give us an estimate. He explained the process thoroughly AND did not ask for UPFRONT monies to start the project! My mom is excited and can not wait to see the final product.

Rudy did not perform any work for me, but did assist me with his opinions on a possible case of “job abandonment” by another contractor. He gave me an opinion of the work done, answered my questions but refused to give me an estimate to finish the work. At the time of Rudy’s visit, I had not as of yet fired the contractor who had started the work. Why no estimate? Rudy stated that estimate would be unethical. Rudy stated he came because he just wanted to help. Wow! A company with outstanding reviews, a huge book of business and ethics who wants to help? They will be the contractor of record in my home on my next project.
