I have closed on a house with Scott Felder at ********* in ****** ***** in July 2020 .After moving to my house at 105 Matador I have noticed that sprinkler system which should be going on 3 times a day does not function, I have filled 2 warranties requests which seems go nowhere and texted few times the sales rep for faster response .When finally the warranty manager and construction leader showed up . I was asked if I am sure I did not touched the sprinkler box and forgot about it?!?!ALSO maybe I let my house guests or my 14 yrs old son tempered with the box?The one of the gentleman tried to attend to the box but very little water resulted coming from the ground. .Then I was told that even though I paid for automatic sprinkler I should haul buckets of water at my trees daily and buy the garden hose and basicly do the job of an installed automatic sprinklers I paid for !Whole concept and investigation of my dealing with this issue was at best BIZARRE.After 5 days the new people showed up . It looked like a landscaping crew. Due to the language barrier we did not go far but these people KNEW what they were doing . The 1 of the 3 workers touched the control box and suddenly miracle they water shot everywhere creating rainbow of happiness .Well unfortunately it got me nowhere .As per warranty which I initial according to Scott Felder the buyer is responsible for dead landscape even though it was the SCOTT FELDER lack of knowledge how to set up and operate put me in this predicament.After being implied having tampered with control Scott Felder left me with the bill to replace my destroyed trees and bushes. If this is the way multi million dollars builder operates and treats its customers !I end up with cost and aggravation of destroyed landscaped .Total lack of efficiency professionalism and preening their REPUTATION SCOTT FELDER!
