Bath tub wasn't draining very quickly. Woods came out and unplugged bath tub so bath tub could drain faster and charged me $400 Less than 2 weeks later bath tub was very slowly draining again and taking hours to completely drain. Called Woods and they said "no warranty to work done for bath tub draining problem" and I would be charged another $400 for them to come out again. On top of that, Woods broke part of the bath tub drain when they were working on it and didn't fix it completely. I'm out $400 with a damaged bath tub drain and bath tub still takes hours to drain. It was a waste of time and money.

I called ********************* on 10/7/21 and offered to come back and clear the drain again for no additional cost. She said she would think about it and let me know.Review from Andrew B.

Southwest Homes have used them on my house build. First thing is Woods install their product not using the plans I signed off on. It took them there times to properly install dryer vent system and vent system for two bathrooms. I do question the install of my HVAC system, but I do not have the install plans of the HVAC system I hope it is install correctly. I will have to have a third party inspector check their work. Basically I am not impressed by the work Woods performed on my house. Do your research before using given vendor servicesWoods Comfort Systems Response

We fixed this issue immediately by correcting the dryer venting and moving bath exhaust fans to proper spot. We were working for the builder Southwest Homes and all these items were corrected.
