I received an email that says, Buy 3, Get one free! Only $36.75 a bottle. When one goes to the website, they are charging $49.67 for the bottles, the *********** $147. I called to have them place the order for $110 as advertised. The employee said they get calls all the time. They will not honor the advertised price, but are trained to explain the value of the bottles is $36.75 each, so you need to pay for 4. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and she said it won't make a difference, that the company tells them to charge the full price despite all the calls trying to get the advertised price. This is a years long known issue. They are intentional about misleading and hoping when you place the order, you do not do the math.

They advertised a free product and worded the offer in a confusing and very calculated way to make it sound good. Then the website goes through 7 to 10 screens that make an accidental click to charge your card very easy. It's absolutely predatory and nowhere near an act of good faith. I cancelled the automatic subscription but they won't refund the money for the bottle they chose to send until I send it back. This is as close to illegal as it can be so far as I can tell. Taking advantage of desperate people who have so little is one of the lowest, most offensive, unethical things I've ever seen. Absolutely a predatory scam.

SCAM. FALSE ADVERTISING! Do not buy this product. I tried this ************* for several months following the directions closely and I also made my diet very healthy and low gluten. I already had a healthy diet before even starting to use the product. This product did nothing, I had no reduction in back pain and no reduction in joint pain nor knee pain nor any pain in my body . I had ****************** non mainstream medicine professional doctor evaluate the ingredients of this product vs. what this company says the product will do to heal back and joint pain and my doctor said the ingredients in this product are scientifically not going to do what the ************* company owners falsely claim it will do.

One of the worst products I have ever tried for improvement and/ or relief of back pain and any other kind of pain. I am very allergic to it on top of not getting any pain relief at all. DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE OF NO HELP AND ARE NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF!

False advertisement, I believe this is what they call a phishing scam, they scam you to a free trial and you only have to pay about a 11.00$ fee. Well unbeknownst to them I had insufficient funds, if I was a company, I would decline the order and cancel. So, while I was trying to cancel my order, they already sent a receipt. The date I ordered their product was of October 19,2023, the company THE HEALTHY BACK INSTITUTE, out of *********************************************************************, waited till 11/19/2023 to take out money from my bank account $56.44. I didn't order a monthly subscription and the official receipt only showed on my computer after the product was delivered two business days later. This is very suspicious and unprofessional.

Hi my name is **** The Healthy Back Institute is legitimate. I've bought and used ************* from approximately March 2021 through April 2023. After my first free bottle I said yes this appears to be working, so I bought 3 bottles more. I had excruciating sciatica pain right below my left buttocks down Back of left leg to foot and on top of left foot. I began to follow the instructions on how many capsules to take daily. I was serious about getting my healing from *************. I even got a phone call from **************************** thanking me for trying his product. He shared with me to take the capsules as prescribed in the instructions and I did. In less than a year, the sciatica pain disappeared and gone forever. My doctor in Westchester County was upset he couldn't perform the surgery because I told him I was healed. The the pain had gone away. This COMPANY is real and has saved my life. Let me say this again. The product MUST BE TAKEN AS WRITTEN IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. If people DONT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAN MAYBE IT WONT WORK FOR THEM. Again I am very pleased with *************.

I ordered the free bottle and CAREFULLY read that additional shipments would be sent UNLESS I CANCELLED, which I did. I received no add'l charges or product and the person I spoke to when cancelling was very polite and didn't pressure me into continuing. I had researched the ingredients & did find that the ************* worked to alleviate some joint pain. I only took one capsule a day instead of the recommended dosage. I will order another single bottle w/no subscription. It's imortant to READ everthing carefully which is why so many get surprised when they continue receiving products & charges to their CC . Not a scam.

This is one of the worst businesses I have EVER work with in my 50+ years. I wanted to try their product for a shipping fee of $9.95 trial---never got this bottle. Then I just got another bottle and they charged me $57.70 and I got this bottle. I called and said I never got the first bottle and they just said---well you should have called. S**** these bastards!!! Don't buy from them.If I could give them a Zero--that would fit their service.

$53 charged to my card when I have only accepted their free bottle of joint heal and soothe tablets by agreeing to pay shipping. After that they came up with a 100 other products to sell and i kept saying no to each and every one of it. And now i see a charge of $53 on my account FOR WHAT? I am disputing the charge with my bank and they say its a recurring charge.
